Rates are per person per night for B&B inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, based on two adults sharing a standard en-suite double room.
The longer you stay, the lower the nightly rate.
For our Premier Room please add £7.50 per person per night. For Superior Rooms and Family Suite add £5.00 per adult per night.
Double rooms are available for Single Occupancy throughout the season. Please deduct £23.00 per night from the total for two people sharing; special rates apply for bank holiday and festival weekends.
We can quote for:
- Any length of stay (subject to a minimum stay depending on season)
- Rates in Euros
- Room Only accommodation (without breakfast).

These rates are totals per person, including applicable VAT at 17.5%, for Bed & Breakfast and return car ferry crossing; they are based on two people travelling together in a car under 5.5 m long and 2.25 m high including racks. Please check with us if you are unsure of the size of your car.
We can book the car ferry from any of the mainland ports (Southampton / Portsmouth / Lymington) and the rates shown apply on at least one of the three routes, subject to availability. Please see the travel page for suggested routes.
Reductions are given where three or more adults travel together in a car and may also be available for off-peak (evening) travel. Small supplements may apply for crossings 18 - 21 July and on Saturdays 26 July - 30 August.

Children’s Rates:
We welcome children over 5 years of age.
Children aged 5 to 14: From £18.00 per night for stays of 10 nights or more to £20.00 per night for 2 or 3 night stays.
These rates are for children sharing a room with two adults.
