We encourage you to drink plenty of water during and after the session to keep hydrated. In the interest of hygiene you must wear shorts or swimwear during each session.

Dr Detox is NOT a sauna or a hotbox. Temperatures start at 32°c gently increasing up to 45°c if desired.
